MIKE GORMAN ILLUSTRATION • 207-553-0608

I offer quick, clean, and funny illustration work!

I believe my strength as an illustrator is the diversity in styles I can pull off.

I have been steadily working as an illustrator since 1990. I understand deadlines well, having started my career mainly doing editorial illustration on really tight deadlines.

In the early 2000s, as markets shifted, I made a switch to working on a lot of children’s book. See my Author Page on Amazon by clicking here.

In 2012, I was offered an apprenticeship, and became a tattoo artist. As a tattoo artist, I have been focusing more on a pen & ink style and portraiture. This style looks just as good in print as it does on skin! You can see my tattoo work here.

I’ve also painted along the way as well, working late at night on funky, pop-surrealist gouache work on wood.

I’m currently looking for work in any of these styles.
